Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE USED FOR SERVICES FOR THE INITIAL SCHEDULED DATE ONLY!!! -BOOK ALL SERVICES needed. If all services are not booked they will not be rendered. -There is a 10 minute grace period if you arrive to your appointment over the 10 minute grace period your appointment will be cancelled and considered a late cancellation/ no show. -No call no shows and late cancellations (less than 24hours) will be charged 100% (full price) of booked services. If card is declined you will be prohibited from making any future appointments until paid in full. -There are NO REFUNDS on any services or deposits.
